Welcome to the website of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Boston Spa. Boston Spa is a large Georgian village on the river Wharfe, close to the A1M immediately south of Wetherby, and just within the metropolitan area of Leeds. St Mary’s and its sister Churches All Saints’ Bramham and St. Peter’s Walton form the Parish of Lower Wharfe, which with the parish of All Saints’ Thorp Arch comprises the Benefice of Bramham, in the Diocese of York. St. Mary's is the largest church in the benefice and is especially known for the warmth of its welcome.

Through varied Sunday and weekday worship, large range of ministries, community activities and links we seeks to provide a firm spiritual foundation in the Christian faith, and to be a place where Jesus' love is shared and His gospel is proclaimed.

We have our own church school and there are a number of organizations within the church for our younger members.

How  to find us

St. Mary’s Church is situated on Boston Spa High Street (A659) at the western end of the shopping centre, and one mile east of Jct 45 of the A1(M).
